Al Ardon, IT Expert
Al founded Al Ardon’s IT Strategies, Inc. in March of 2009. He Is a fee-based technology firm that helps business owners who want better performance and reliability from their IT systems while lowering their total cost of ownership through strategic planning and maintenance.
Al has been in the Information Technology field since 1987. Since then, Al’s worked with some of the best companies around the Puget Sound. First, in a large Aircraft Maintenance and Repair facility. Second, a large Telecommunications company in Seattle. Third, with the number-one Aircraft manufacturer in the world-Boeing in Everett. Fifth, a large Wireless Communications company in Issaquah and lastly, a billion dollar Test and Measurement equipment manufacturing company in Everett.
All shared something in common. All had large IT infrastructures composing many systems of various operating systems. These systems required everything from the initial architecture concept and design for implementation to routine system maintenance to data recovery and restoration. Beginning on the ground floor configuring and installing desktops, eventually graduating to Systems administration to managing datacenter resources, lastly to personnel management.
Al’s IT Systems expertise includes:

• Tuning, Managing/Provisioning Web, Oracle Database, VMWare ESX and Windows Servers
• Backup Tape, Data de-duplication Libraries, Storage Arrays and Storage Area Networks

Al is a U.S Navy veteran trained in Radio Telecommunication and workcenter management. Currently, in four-year program studying for community service. Al is active with the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Toastmaster International. He enjoys the outdoors, digital photography and motorcycling.
